On Day 2, you’ll take on an epic outdoor challenge, using the performance techniques you developed on Day 1.

Performance Breathing™ Sessions
As developers of the most comprehensive breathwork guide in existence and creators of the first-ever trademarked breathwork system, XPT coaches will guide you through a comprehensive breathwork session and equip you with tools to tap into its vast power at home.
Ice Bath and Sauna
Feel better than ever after a soak in the ice and sweat in the sauna. XPT’s coaches will teach you how to implement the practice for various outcomes including boosted energy, focus, and mood; more impactful recovery; increased resilience to stress; and more.
Functional Movement
Tap into the brightest minds in functional movement, including special guest and elite distance runner Max King, who will guide participants through proper body mechanics to optimize running and training.
